Whether you are a company, organization, church group, youth group, minor sports association or just some family and friends, we promise to provide you with a great entertainment experience with unparalleled customer service. We look forward to hosting you!

Group Experiences offers discounted tickets in preferred seating sections throughout Xtream Arena. Our group experiences staff will assist you every step of the way, from the show announcement to the show itself. We pride ourself on providing great customer service in a timely manner. 

Group tickets are discounted on an event-by-event basis and are subject to availability.

When placing your order, please include the following information:

  • Group name
  • Contact name
  • Address
  • Daytime phone number
  • Email
  • Show name
  • Number of group tickets requested, price level & location

  • Xtream Arena family shows, sporting events, and concerts are always more enjoyable with friends! The Group Experiences Department has coordinated many outings with Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Churches, Sports Teams, Corporate Companies, Schools, Recreation Centers, and local families. A group can truly be made up of anyone. In most cases, it only takes 10 people to receive great discounts! Not only will you receive a discount per ticket, you will also avoid the service charges attributed online. The Group Experiences Department is happy to connect one-on-one to reserve seats in the same section so everyone has an enjoyable experience together. 

  • Once you have gathered the number of people in your group, call the Group Sales Department (319-569-4501). We will accept one credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) right over the phone. Additionally, payment may be made by one check (payable to Xtream Arena). There will be a small $5.00 handling fee applied once to the order total. 

    If your group grows after you book your tickets, no worries! We are flexible and are happy to locate seats as close to the original group as possible while still offering the group discount rate. 

  • Ticket will be delivered digitally and can be transferred digitally to your group. Once tickets are paid, there are no refunds or exchanges. 

  • The Groups Experience Department can accommodate all members of your group! If you have a group member who will need accessible/wheelchair seating, please inform us with as much advance notice as possible.

  • Our no-cost Corporate Employee Benefit Program is available to companies interested in providing employees with discounts to upcoming events. To do so, the Group Experience Department will activate an exclusive promotion code that can be used by your employees online (xtreamarena.com). We will create a PDF flyer to make it easy to share with your employees. This will show the promotion code, instructions on how to use it, and other event information. Communicate this with your employees for the upcoming events and they can purchase when it is convenient for them. No group organization required. It's as simple as that!
