LUXURY SUITE LEASES

Luxury suites provide you with the ability to see the biggest events in the area while enjoying the luxury of a private space to socialize with your guests. You’ll be able to enjoy a great view of the action—from concerts to sporting events and family shows—while leaving a lasting impression for each of your guests. Impress key clients, reward valued employees, or treat family and friends with a suite that is well...pretty sweet. Each private suite is fully furnished with a comfortable lounge area, wet bar, extra wide upgraded seating, and an open-air view of all the action.
 

Twelve (12) suites surround the arena concourse holding between 10 - 14 attendees. Most suites are sold on an annual basis – which include tickets to all public ticketed events, expect potential post season games/events.

Club

Located at the center of the ice rink and basketball court, the club seats are a great way to create lasting memories for your best clients and special guests. Club Seats are perfect for both corporate executives and families. As a corporate executive, use your tickets to strengthen client relationships, develop and build new relationships or reward employees and current business partners. As a family, enjoy a safe and fan-friendly atmosphere that appeals to a wide range of age groups through a unique, upscale environment.
 

Xtream Arena 188-seat club sits in the middle of the east concourse. Not only is this one of the best seats in the house, but it’s a great chance to gather, celebrate, and make friends in “VIP fashion”. The club seats will be sold on an annual basis – giving access to tenant team games and first-right access for all other events to those club seat holders.

Xtream Arena Party Suite & Suite Rentals:

Have a large group or party that you want your own space and VIP hospitality?  We have your group covered with the Xtream Arena Party Suite.  The Party Suite can accommodate 20 - 36 guests while still providing luxury VIP offerings as an annual suite.  Xtream Arena will also have a limited number 10-person suites available for single events based on event layout and site lines. Suite availability and pricing will be determined a month prior to each event.
