About Xtream Arena powered by Mediacom
The 5,100 fixed seat Xtream Arena (6,600 concert capacity) serves as host home for University of Iowa Volleyball and the Iowa Heartlanders ECHL hockey tenant.

About GreenState Family Fieldhouse
With direct connectivity to the 30,000 sq. ft 5-court fieldhouse, the facility immediately enables this community to become a signature attractor of both amateur and professional sporting events.

About The Iowa River Landing
After more than 30 years of planning and visionary work, the Iowa River Landing has become one of our state’s premiere cultural and entertainment district destinations. This unique collection of cultural attractions, a major conference center, boutique retail, dining and entertainment options, world class health care, private residential opportunities, park space, natural areas, and more, cannot be found anywhere else in Iowa. As the final, anchor tenant, the state-of-the-art Xtream Arena & GreenState Family Fieldhouse completes the Landing’s 185-acre master plan and also add substantially to the area’s quality of life thanks to the multitude of new activities and events. The Iowa River Landing has already created hundreds of permanent jobs and has afforded the larger Iowa City community with the ability to attract hundreds of conferences, meetings, and special events that otherwise would not have come to our community. These visitors have poured hundreds of millions of dollars into the local and state economies over the past decade, and there is much more on the horizon with the addition of the Xtream Arena & GreenState Family Fieldhouse.

About ArenaCo

ArenaCo is the non-profit community development corporation formed in 2017 to own and operate Xtream Arena & GreenState Family Fieldhouse. ArenaCo, which is separate from the City of Coralville and is run by a board of directors, is eligible to apply for grants, tax credits, and other funding not available to cities. The organization’s revenue sources include various naming rights, tax credits, and philanthropic contributions.
