Charities and other non-profit groups requesting donations or auction items from Xtream Arena should submit a written request, including information about the event, the date of the event and when the item is needed by to:
The Xtream Arena Community Outreach Committee meets monthly so please allow at least one (1) month for processing.
All donations will need to be picked up at the Fareway Box Office at Xtream Arena during box office hours, Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm.
If you would like items mailed to you, an envelope and pre-paid postage will need to be provided.
